Because all GhostCotton products are made to order via Printify, we follow a specific return and refund policy.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please double-check size charts before ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a print error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ghostcotton.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • All products are custom-made and non-refundable unless defective.

  • Sale items and digital goods (if applicable) are final sale.
